Horrible shipping, customer services is basic their tracking number never worked, never told me there was a 2 to 3 week time frame BEFORE my item would even ship, took their customer service agent 2 to 3 days to respond back to my email

I took it apart to clean and when I put it back together it didn’t work anymore I tried a few times but nothing worked

These zen puff devices are cool sturdy. Easy to clean. Come with spare O-rings as well. Id send a picture of the packaging but dont have a photo yet.
