First of all, what a beautiful print! It was the Victoria's Secret print, and it is absolutely stunning. We are so happy with it.
Unfortunately, we had some issues with customs, which had nothing to do with Leisure Piece at all. Customs in Dubai are very strict, and the print arrived damaged after being opened for inspection. We were heartbroken.
However, Abby at Leisure Piece was absolutely wonderful. It was customer service at its very best so understanding, proactive, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. Without hesitation, she arranged for a brand-new print to be sent from the US to Dubai at no cost to us.
Thank you so much, Abby and the Leisure Piece team. You were truly amazing. 10/10 service, and you have two very happy customers, even though it wasn't the most straightforward order!
