1/4 Beef Final Payment

1st time purchasing in quantity. Having done some timely research on the availability and quality of meats in the area, I chose to purchase from Star Ranch. Star Ranch offers a different breed beef of which I found to be very interesting. The Braunvieh beef purchased has a rich, sweet, almost nutty flavor. Very enjoyable to the palate. The meat has been aged and was very tender through most all ranges of preparation. The aroma of the meat during cooking, is a sweet earthy fragrance that certainly fuels desire to sample. I am very pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavor of beef. I do anticipate purchasing from Star Ranch again once this partial share is depleted.
