Delicate & Beautiful Ring – Hoping the First Issue Was a Fluke

I loved this ring the moment I first received it, though unfortunately within 24 hours two diamonds fell out. Customer service was amazing and quickly arranged an exchange, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I just received my replacement ring today and I absolutely love it—it’s elegant, dainty, and sparkles beautifully. I do find myself checking often to make sure the diamonds are still secure, but I also own another ring from Simple and Dainty that has never had any issues, so I’m hoping my first experience was just a rare fluke. Despite the initial problem, I still give this ring 5 stars because it’s truly stunning and customer service went above and beyond.
