I purchased this and made my own run, gels with honey salt, and a tiny bit of water. if the bottle is not upright it will slowly dribble out out of the top. The turn mechanism is not leak proof, I would go for another bottle on the site. Their customer service was very helpful in resolving my issue.

Fueled my marathon

I used 2 of these for my marathon, 10 gels total. They worked great and reduced the mess and kept me from littering on the race course. Highly recommended!
