It’s a beautiful device that struggles to work. Mounting it was easy, the physical design is smart and tidy, features are great, and customer service is very kind and responsive.
Sadly, much of the UI is unresponsive. Close icons don’t work and when tapping in the menu, the item below the one I chose often opens instead.
Things don’t automatically update. If you create/edit from the web app, it takes hours to appear on the device.
I understand that web apps are more cross platform inclusive, but this could benefit from having an actual app. Organization of the tools could be more intuitive if it mirrored the device.
It has settings that only impact settings. For example, the dark mode option only changes the settings screen.
The screen saver feature needs to be MANUALLY turned this on when you want it to appear.
It’s a good concept and I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks but right now it’s still very much in an early stage.
