We are just trying the bison meat. The taste was wonderful but the small steaks were chewy with lots of ligaments. We will be trying the ground this week.

Carnivore bundle.
The bison in this bundle is tender and delicious as always. Great variety of bison at a quality price. We will be looking at ordering again or different bundle.
