Wasn't what I was expecting at all. I thought I would be repping huge weights on the leg press machine and doing 1000s of squats but It's actually a total body work out. This program has 5 days of excersices and 2 days of active recovery to get you ready for the next week. It really pushed me to train in ways I hadn't before and fixed quite a few weak spots I was neglecting. I highly recommend this program from begginer to expert ,this one has you covered. Great job on this one Moose I will be doing it once year for sure...👍👍

Surprised with the results
I'm just starting week four of the leg focused program. The workouts are designed well not just for the legs but upper body. I found that this program has incorporated exercises that I was neglecting that have led to helping with injuries I've had for years. Noticeably this is the strongest my core has been. I like the prescribed rest times and how the workouts aren't too long. The warm-ups are well thought out.
