Excellent service
I wrote to Yuki to ask if she could send swatches to help me decide my next colour choice. She quickly replied to the link and I ordered 4 @ $6- each. Not only did I receive all just a few days later, but Yuki refunded me and only kept the fee for one swatch to cover her postage costs. Such amazing service!
