Chloe Multiband Ring

I love this ring and the other I bought, but its a bit of a shame that even though they are both the same size, this one has come up smaller and doesn't really fit its too tight, but because I live in the UK I've already had to pay out over £25 in delivery charges, it will cost the same to return it and I have now also discovered that FED EX the courier used by Marcia Moran to ship it to me want over £90 in duty taxes..... I knew nothing about these charges they weren't mentioned anywhere so I cannot afford to even return the ring. Bit disappointed with all this lack of information about duty charges
