Round Logo Stamp

Wrote my specs, even had a chat to make sure instructions were clear, ordered. I waited over a week for the order and stamp came out wrong. I needed it the weekend it came. The stamp did not stamp clearly, and i wasn't able to use it. I sent a complaint they acknowledged the mistake, first offered 50% off and i said i didnt feel i shld pay because i made sure i wrote instructions and spoke/chatted with someone from their team. So they offered to do it for free only if i send a clearer image. I needed the stamp that weekend, so reordering will really not make a difference. I was not refunded nor was able to the stamp

The stamp is wonderful just what I ordered and I love putting it on the back of my cards I would definitely order it again

The stamp does not show detail clearly in my design. If I put the pressure on it needed to get the details, the backing takes ink and puts that onto the paper as well.
