The mood biotics work on day one and two little capsules do the job! Keep it coming PYM...great products, excellent customer service and responsiveness. My body loves PYM ❤️ and it does my body good. Better than milk (for me anyway).

So it has been a week since I have started taking it. Definitely I have not seen great result yet. However I like it. It seems like helping my mood lately.

Honest opinion

So far I have been taking it daily and I don't notice any boost on mood like it says but I keep taking it and hoping for a change
