I like the glasses but I sent two different submissions to customer service explaining that the glasses do not fit into the case because it’s too small and never got a response. I also tried calling the customer service number repeatedly for a week and a message would say all reps are busy, try calling back later. Very disappointed

The glasses are exactly as expected however I was sent the wrong case. The case I was sent is for a flat frame glasses and these are a curved frame so the glasses do not fit in the case. This is very disappointing considering the cost of the glasses and I have nothing to protect them.
