O-Ring Keyboard Switch Dampeners

I underestimated how much the actual switches contribute to the noise of the keyboard, but I could also trek that these made a measurable difference. Would recommend if changing the switches is not in the cards.

Had a loud Blackwidow Ultimate with the original Cherry MX Blue Switches. Got some new heavy keycaps and the 70A Thin O-Rings and it is an absolutely awesome experience. Lightning fast tactical typing. Easily push 140wpm and its so quiet compared to before. Cannot recommend enough!

Dampeners for Keychron K2V2 Gateron Browns

The switch dampeners work somewhat okay for being thin. Some keys required 2-3 rings so they are more silent. In some cases, adding more than one ring made it hard to get the keystroke through, so that specific key could not be dampened well enough. Overall they are good but I would buy thick ones for proper dampening.
