TempPro TP717 Leave-In Meat Thermometer - 2 Probes

Must of received a defective product. Set one probe in the breast and one in the thigh/drumstick making sure the probe didn't touch the bone. With the Thermopro set to the appropriate poultry and the proper temp set, the temperature took forever to rise and I ended up over cooking the turkey.

Great thermometer in a small footprint. Prongs are very long and useful on any sized meat but small foul.
