Camden Poe is one of the ”Lucky Three”; the three players who weren’t on the plane carrying the Pittsburgh Titans NHL team when it crashed killing everyone on board! A year later, he’s having nightmares that are affecting his performance. When his coach confronts him and orders to attend the survivor’s support group the team owner started, he grudgingly agrees.
But at the meeting he reconnects with Danica Brandt, widow of a team member on his line and an old friend. She just might be his saving grace.
A beautifully written story of facing a loss and coming out the other end whole.

Camden, one of the "lucky" three. I couldn’t wait for his story. I had to know how he was doing.....not great. Enter Danica one of the widows. Oh their love story is so good. One of healing and second chances!!! Perfect HEA!!

This is book eight of the Pittsburgh Titans Series and I have been waiting for Camden’s story and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. It was emotional, heartwarming, of course romantic. Being born, raised and living in Pittsburgh I always appreciate the Pgh area references and thought the shout out to Mike Lange, a Pittsburgh hockey legend especially nice. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
