After researching what parts I needed to reinstall alarms on my new windows leading to the swimming pool, I ordered them. They were delivered promptly. I needed some replacement sticky pads to adhere the sensors and magnets because the old ones deteriorated when I removed them from my old windows prior to the installation of the new windows. The customer service agent promptly sent me the ones I needed. Excellent customer service.
