I ordered my HydroJug on January 4th, I had the ‘Shop’ app and was waiting to get shipping details and after 3 weeks I heard nothing. All I had was the order number, and no other shipping information. I bought off the HydroJug website and was very disappointed when I don’t get my order, or any shipping information on my order for over a month. And yes, I did contact them and they told me they would get it figured out but seems to me like they did not.

Nephew loved it
