Before this supplement it was always up in the air how many times I was going to wake up in the night and struggle to get back to sleep. Now I take with my last meal of the day and by bed time I’m ready to drift off. I still might wake once but drift right off again. Very happy with my results!

Love the natural ingredients but don’t really see a huge difference in my sleep. Trouble falling asleep and waking up several times during the night. Probably going back to a single melatonin tablet.

Seems to be helping my sleep some. However I recieved a second bottle without ordering it. Don’t like that they would send me product without my reordering.
