Roaster's Choice

Ok... I don't tend to respond to ratings requests... currently I'm about 3-4 bags o'beans behind so whatever I'm enjoying now I could look up ... but I won't. To finish this note, please know that I am beyond just satisfied with the variously sourced beans that you send me. The flavors are distinctive, enjoyable and I like both your emails and your general approach to marketing. Oh... one more noteworthy point: I do think your approach to roasting the beans is genuinely and happily accepted by my GI system!! Thanks for the care you put into the whole process! - Mark
