Ferrin VIP

I bought these before but from another manufacturer/supplier and loved them so I decided to buy more. These from Ferrin definitely are not the same quality and are uncomfortable. I bought several pairs of the same size from them and they all fit differently. Only one pair I consider wearable and the rest I'm going to throw away. I wouldn't buy these again from Ferrin.

The shoes I first ordered are comfortable, but took a while to get after I ordered them. And it seems somehow they have me on a subscription and I did not sign up for anything like that and have found it impossible to get in touch with them to get this canceled. I've now read similar reviews from customers that got stuck in some kind of subscription also without their knowledge.

Order took three plus weeks to arrive. I ordered two pairs. They were totally different shoes, not just different colors as I had ordered. And the sizes were drastically different. One fits fine the other is at least 1.5 sizes off. I tried to return and they told me to just keep them and they will reimburse. It’s been a week, no money yet.
