Beach Silicone

Design is cute but it unfortunately lasted me 3 days since placing it on my cat. He managed to get a hold of it on his mouth and chewed it up to the point you can't read the QR code while scanning. Just hoping he didn't ingest the silicone and if he did, that it just merely passes through him. Ended up purchasing a metal one for him instead.

We love the silicone beach tag! It’s quiet and with one quick scan it has all our pups info in case he follows his nose. We have lost two tags now. One with the whole collar itself. ByteTag was amazing and warrantied the tag right away. I will always order from these folks!

Long, long, long wait on technical issues

I previously purchased a ByteTag tag and so decided to get this one since it was flexible. But when it arrived I tried to set it up and my account is locked somehow. I tried reset and it said there is technical difficulty. So it does not work right now almost 2 weeks after I received it. I emailed and and they replied several days later saying we are working on it. So I waited a week then replied again still no resolution. The first tag was great till it fell off my dogs collar, but this is getting to the point of being ridiculous…
