Mango & Passionfruit Cake

A beautiful cake with a beautiful taste

We really enjoyed this cake. As always the sponge was light and fluffy. The flavours were bright and refreshing. We love the coating on the cake it's not too sweet and melts in your mouth. The torture comes with waiting for the cake to defrost.

I been waiting at home for the delivery to come. The delivery man left it infront of the door without knocking the door or informing the tenants about at the package. I recieved the notification from Klarna that my order has been delivered, to find my order left at my door step. It been there for almost 30 min under direct sun light and risk of being taken. It is not the bakery's fault but the delivery was awful.

Birthday 🎂

My son loves mango so finding this cake was brilliant for his birthday. It arrived well packed and undamaged. We defrosted in the fridge line with the directions. Everyone enjoyed the cake as it was light and fresh. Thanks so much.
