It's a delight! Loved the entree section and made the 'sloppy joes'. The directions are detailed eliminating mistakes. My only complaint is that in order to get the book to lie flat, you have to 'break' it's binder. Perhaps publish as a ring binder, or in hard cover. Otherwise, its a great resource.

Nice cookbook. Lots of recipes. Only thing I did not like is I felt recipes like pies did not always give a crust recipe just store bought was meantioned and jellys meantioned they can be canned but did not give instuctions on how long to can. I felt it was lacking some things which will still require me to things. Great for ideas.
