I wrote a bad review around half a year ago about my lightsaber breaking and a new order not arriving but since i relised i was the problem and even after like 4 moths they were able to send a new one. Customer service is amazing and the product itself is extremely high quality. Its so good even my school principal asked where i got it from so i would recommend it (edit: i deleted the old review)

Not responding to emails

I ordered 2, the first one arrived more than 3 months ago and it broke in 2 weeks and i still didnt get the second one and they arent even responding to my emails. The only reason im not giving 1 or 2 star is because its still high quality and my neighbor has the same one and for him it works perfectly fine after around 1 year.

Super lichtschwert

Ich kann nur sagen, das lichtschwert ist absolut super und das hält eindeutig das was versprochen wird. Der Service ist super und auch der Support ist sehr gut. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
