Medium Adjustable Strap Standard Collection

A very exuberant puppy got a hold of his little boy's glasses and (thankfully) only chewed the adjustable strap. All I had to do was reach out and ask about replacement straps and a few chats later, I was able to pay an invoice and new matching straps were on the way! So appreciate the customer service!!
