the gem was scratched and it broke off as i was putting the bar in. i was being very gentle, so i think the item is just poor quality. i DID get it for free during their BOGO sale though, so maybe because i didn’t pay for it they gave me a runt. i’m really disappointed. i was so excited to wear it.
