Delicious - Perfect for slow cook!

I had never tried beef cheeks before however I would definitely order again. Delicious and tender! If you have not tired these you should!!

Coca-Cola Braise

As a chef you want the best ingredients you can find and these beef cheeks are amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in trying them. I recommend doing a nice slow braise until they are fork tender. I used Coca-Cola, beef broth and standard mirepoix with star anise and cardamom pods. Enjoy!
