I was unpleasantly surprised by the additional costs for this order. VAT, customs clearance, freight costs extremely high for a delivery in an envelope (although these were stated in the shopping basket) As an European customer we are used to see prices including VAT and other additional costs) These additional costs were in total more than the 2 items. It should be stated more clearly in your webshop. Consequently I will never again buy items in your webshop and in fact I should warn other European customers for these high additional costs.
