I was nervous to try this whey protein out as I thought it was going to taste like how normal whey protein taste like but it didn't at all. You can mix and match with Dee's other protein and it will still taste good.

Dinner or breakfast substitute

I normally drink it with some fruits for breakfast or drink it with some nuts for dinner. It is light and satisfying the hunger.
