Kinda thought these would disappoint. They do not. I bought these for eggs as I don’t like doing them in my cast iron and I love them for eggs Not a bit of sticking. But I have also used them to brown meat and am loving the crispy edges they give. They brown beautifully. So far super pleased. And they are gorgeous.

This is now my favorite pot I own, I have many brands like le cruseut and this is still my go too. I have given them as gifts as well and everyone has expanded their collection as well!

I’ve used this pan everyday since it arrived and I absolutely love it. Nit only is it beautiful but it is a joy to cook with. Perfectly non-stick, easy ro maneuver and clean. I will be purchasing the pot for sure.
