Love the vital beef! I bought it because I think occasional organ meat is healthy but I was worried I might not like the flavor. I couldn’t even tell! Of course the chili may have overpowered it. I will definitely buy this again. Thanks Old Salt and Mannix for what you do.

I enjoy the blend but I had to stop since beef heart increases my inflammation from some old injuries. But the quality and the taste was fine!
