Very easy and quick process. Love that I am able to download our family pictures from the 60,s,70,s and 80,s to my computer. Plan to use Capture to transfer more slides.

To be expected, I was wary of sending my hard copies of videos out. However, Capture was completely as advertised. The process for submitting the VHS tapes was very clear, the pricing seemed reasonable and the turnaround time was extremely efficient. The quality is as to be expected for tapes over 30 years old but they were still very clear. Happy to recommend them for your cherished memories!

I'm thrilled with the timeliness of the return of my video transfer. It was less than two weeks! I reviewed several other media conversion companies, and I'm glad I chose Capture. I found it just a little more expensive, but apparently the other companies have hidden fees I wasn't aware of until I spoke to a friend who used another service.
Great job Capture team!
