Perfect Seal

I purchased this glass lid to go with the smaller carbon steel nonstick skillet. It fits perfectly, the rubber edge on the lid is gentle on the nonstick pan, and provides a perfect seal. I have used it to cook fried eggs providing the steam to cook firm egg whites and perfectly soft yolks .

Glass lids

I love the fit and silicone edge around this lid. It fits much better than the metal or metal edged glass lids that have come with my other pots and pans. It also cleans up beautifully in my dishwasher. Would totally purchase again and have purchased a second lid for my other Misen carbon steel non-stick pan.

High Quality

I’ve been impressed by these glass lids. I’ve got 3 on the carbon steel nonstick pans and bought glass lids for all of them. They fit extremely well and are easy to clean.
