Excellent after sales support

I purchased block data options for India & Singapore. The installation instructions and processes were straight forward and easy to follow. The e-sim for India would not connect correctly to the mobile network. I left an out of hours chat message via the Simify website. I had a response in under an hour via email then ongoing support via email with very quick responses thereafter. The support person was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and understand. The problem in my case could not be resolved after a few attempts to fix and was promptly issued a refund for this sim. Another person in our party had also had a Simify e-sim for India, theirs worked without issue. The Singapore sim worked without issue for me. Had good mobile service and speed during the visit there. While the India sim had an issue, the after sales support was perfect. Still have no problem recommending Simify for either country.
