Feels stiff but once you start doing your CrossFit workouts these shoes keep you steady and grounded especially for burpee jump overs or sleds - my other shoes were to slick and I felt unstable, these are absolutely great and I feel confident in my jumps and other workouts. True to size. I’m a size 7 normal and these fit well!

These are so great for leg day! They are comfortable and are perfect for stabilizing during dead lifts and squats. Would definitely buy again.
