Questionable Quality Control

The stitching ran low through the outside of the sole in some sections of both shoes as if the person putting them together couldn't follow a straight line, and the coloring was wildly different between them. One is a cool dark brown, one is a very reddish dark brown. I think this pair was cobbled together from two returned pairs.

Sent used shoes

Paid for overnight shipping, just to be sent previously worn shoes. Customer service is completely ignoring my request for a shipping refund and will not respond to me. Was excited for the shoes, but couldn’t be more disappointed with the experience, and quality control. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
