Adaptable
I bought the cube7 to help my strength development and core stability having had a challenging covid experience including a stay in ICU over a year ago. I love that I can add more weight as I get stronger or easily reduce it if I am tired without having to have lots of weights cluttering up the house.
It arrived in the UK quickly and the quality is impressive.
I have tried three of the workouts and they are pleasantly challenging.

Love my cube 7!
The cube certainly makes for a more interesting and challenging workout. Plus it’s a very sturdy piece of equipment that will withstand travel in a suitcase, so I can follow fluidX even when I’m not home - highly recommend!

Useful Workout Equipment
I love the versatility of this product. I have no fear that it will damage anything in the room, especially my foot. I love that i could alter the weight very easily, plus I could add colors to the water. Brightens up the room!
