Broken bracelet.....sad. Excellent customer service! Happy!

When I first received my bracelet it was very pretty, however I only was able to wear it for a little over a week before it broke. So sad, as I loved having a bracelet with a "secret " message! I must say though that customer service was excellent! They processed a full refund along with a coupon for money off a future purchase. Hopefully I'll be able to replace it when it's back in stock!!
