I bought this set up to mount my Orphek Icons as high above the water as possible while keeping a clean look. I also purchased the euro brace which pretty much every website says you need to do if your tank is rimmed. This is misleading as the euro brace only works with a euro braced tank. It does not work with an old school “All Glass” rimmed tank. The brace that came with the side rails can be modified to fit glass tanks with a plastic rim. However it would be nice if the opening on the brace was a little larger so no modification would be needed. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.
