Thank you for developing this product with training to accompany skill development. I'm currently focusing on the 12-week program to strengthen the foot and improve balance. From time to time I go to the tools (Solemate) and bar. I'm seeing improvements in my balance. When I get further into my 12-week program, I'll be using the solemate more. But I can already say that I appreciate all the material provided. It's professional, serious yet fun. Week after week, with consistency, we improve! ! Youppppiiiii!
