Wonderful product and excellent service!

I used the steam iron last week, and it was very convenient to have, especially while traveling. I highly recommend having one. Whenever I had questions or issues, the company responded quickly and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Love it!

I love the convenience of being able to press my clothes quickly. It doesn’t really lend itself to doing more than a couple garments at a time because of the weight, but it’s still significantly lighter, more compact, and easier to set up and use than an iron or stand-alone steamer.

Pretty color, unexpected packaging- comes with a canvas bag. Bigger than I thought but not a deal breaker. I haven’t tested it when the iron is cooling down but I bought the case for when I am leaving a hotel and pressed on time. The heat protectant lining is so smart!! Very nice leather, magnetic snap closure, and nice overall details!
