GRAFFITI CREME EYE PENCIL

Great quality

It is a very good quality eye pencil. It won’t run at all it stays where you put it. However, the pencil is soft and breaks very easily, and there is not much length to it! I decided to buy directly from the company hoping I got a stale one from the store! Nope it only confirms it is short and breaks easily .... and at that price point, my heart breaks when it breaks off! I still haven’t found anything that rubs on quite like this.

Whats changed??

Something has changed! It does not glide on dark or smoothly in my water line, it's a light black at best and doesn't stick like it used to. This will be my last purchase!
