I've been using this for several years, and just purchased an extra bottle to help with emotional distress related to Covid 19 lockdown. Through the years it's helped me with travel anxiety, upsets around family difficulties, and now this. I spray it liberally around my clothing and face while standing still and breathing deeply for a few moments. Usually that's enough to get me through several hours, but lately I've had days where I applied every 20 or 30 minutes. It's a huge weapon in my toolbox of dealing with life's difficulties with better grace and peace. (I also pray A LOT!)

Joy was my very ee experience with Kaliana - purchased on a road trip in 2004, and I am still WILD about this scent. My kids all know when the smell is around and ask for their "rubs". Spraying this around a car or a room will adjust the vibe any time it is needed or desired. I have no clue how this works, all we need to know is that the spray DOES work. We panic when we are out!!
