Iron+C

Gentle iron

I have had low iron for a while. After having difficulty tolerating regular iron supplements, I decided to try the Chief Iron + C capsules. I've been using them for a few weeks and noticed a slight increase in energy. I'm interested to see whether my blood results show an improvement too - fingers crossed! They have a mild flavour and beef smell, and so far have been much gentler on my digestion than the synthetic iron.

I'm hoping ...

I've been taking the Iron+C for a couple of weeks. I'm hoping it will improve my low iron reading on my blood test but I won't know for 3 months yet. However I have found they are very easy to take and do not cause constipation as may other iron tablets do so I'm very happy to continue taking them. I'm also happy to review them again in 3 months after another blood test. Thank you!!!
