Terrible service in store. My partner used this to purchase shoes online - she bought the wrong size. Website states you can return in store. You can’t. When my partner asked how to return online the member of staff didn’t know and was unhelpful. Just a bit of a naff experience really. Shame as I’ve had good experiences there before.
