I Love it!

I was the knife I’ve been looking for. The handle is comfortable and fit my hand well. The blade came straight as an arrow and razor sharp. It made easy work of onion and carrot prep for dinner. I highly recommend!

The three knives I’ve ordered from Fields Outfitting are the best knives I’ve ever bought. The blade is hard and sharp, keeps its edge after much use, and the wooden handle is easy and safe to grasp. It is also well balanced. The weight of the blade alone is almost all the pressure you need for a clean cut.
