I love the iv hydration products. Mango is good. My personal favorite is sea berry. They help beat the heat! And I drink one before a work out for better performance and after a workout for easy recovery!!

Game Changer

I love this flavor. Don’t get me wrong I love all flavors. I use it at full strength for our door sports and recovery. I use it at half strength all day every day in my routine hydration plan. I don’t like water alone as the PH causes stomach issues for my super sensitive stomach. Adding Liquid IV has been a game changer. I think I have 10 flavors in the pantry. Mango is my favorite fruit and favorite Liquid IV flavor as well.
