I had Jen and her team create 14 Patchwork memory hearts to give to our children and my husband’s 4 siblings and 8 nieces and nephews. The hearts are so very well made and are truly loving creations from the heart of this amazing team! I’m looking forward to gifting the hearts to everyone right before Christmas. I cannot thank the team enough for everything.
