Toppl Stopper

Wonderful Customer Service ! Happy Grandmother : )

We received the Toppl Stopper from Amazon, however, missing the EAR piece. I do most of the pet supplies ordering for my Granddaughter, as she works to support herself. She sent me a photo of this missing piece that works with the Bigger Toppl item I also ordered. I could not get the customer service we needed from the original purchase site. I emailed West Paw directly. To my Surprise they were most willing to help. : ) They sent the replacement piece directly to my Granddaughter !! Long Story short 1 of 2 grown dogs recently passed away from illness. The remaining dog is grief stricken badly as is my Granddaughter. My Granddaughter is much beloved by her Grandmother !! She found several West Paw items that she thought might help to occupy her remaining pet dog. It seems to work WELL! Thank you for your Excellent Customer Service as it was most needed at this particular time. Very Happy Grandmother : )

Love these! For the small size it is a bit harder to get it to plug and sit right when placing into the freezer, but other than that they work well. Great for the larger sizes
